Our doctors hold faculty
appointments at Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Texas Medical School, both in Houston, Texas, and at the Texas Heart Institute and St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital. They have published numerous articles
and abstracts and several book chapters dealing with cardiovascular diseases and their diagnosis and treatment.
The doctors at Hall-Garcia Cardiology Associates have been among the first to use the
newest technology in Houston. These include Coronary Balloon Angioplasty and Stents to open up obstructed coronary arteries; Balloon Valvuloplasty to correct valve obstructions without open-heart surgery; Rotablator and
Atherectomy procedures to clear obstructions in the arteries of the heart, kidneys, and legs; Specialized Ultrasound Studies from outside and inside the chest; non surgical treatment of carotid artery neck blockages,
endovascular non surgical elimination of aneurysms , Radio-Frequency Treatment of irregular heart beats, and implantation of life saving pacing/ defibrillating devices.
We are also specialized in the non invasive
diagnosis of patients with heart and blood vessel problems. We have on our premises, 2 licensed ultrasound echocardiographic technicians, a peripheral vascular registered technician, laboratory phlebotomist to take
blood samples, licensed radionuclide stress lab and pacemaker analysis.
All of our physicians are board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases, and we take pride in being able to attend
our patients in several languages. In addition to English, our doctors and staff are fluent in one of the following languages:

At Hall Garcia Cardiology the patients are given an appointment within 48 hours if a medical need arises, otherwise it is requested that each patient plan in advance for their appointment by contacting the
individual secretary of the physician that you should choose.
